金秋十月，2024上海区块链国际周将盛大揭幕。其中，10月17日，由万向区块链实验室举办的“第十届区块链全球峰会”将在上海创新创意设计研究院（东长治路505号雷士德工学院旧址）精彩呈现。10月11日至19日，数十场技术分享和项目演示、艺术市集、学术研讨会等side event，也计划在上海虹口各个场地举办。

The Tenth Global Blockchain Summit will be hosted by Wanxiang Blockchain Labs on October 17th at Design Innovation Institute Shanghai, previously known as Lester Institute of Technology at 505 Dongchangzhi Road. And 2024 Internation Blockchain Week, starting from October 11 to 19, will feature dozens of exciting technology showcases and project demos, seminars, and art market across Hongkou district in Shanghai.

退票提示

1、该门票仅可参加10月17日的第十届区块链全球峰会，不可参加10月16日的开放日活动。门票包含10月17日下午茶歇，其它餐食、差旅、住宿等请您自行安排。

2、本活动由活动行代为退票。活动行规定，每张票收取票价10%的退款手续费。此笔费用非主办方收取，且主办方无法减免该费用。

3、如需退款，请在活动开始前的24小时前发起申请，活动开始前的24小时内不接受退款。

Ticket Refund Policy

1. The tickets  will only give to the access to the Tenth Global Blockchain Summit on Oct.17. Events on Open Day (Oct.16) are not included in the tickets.  You can also enjoy an afternoon tea on Oct.17 but other expanse of your travel, accommodation and meals shall be beared by yourselves.

2. The ticketing plaform Huodongxing will help to deal with ticket refunds and a 10% service fee for each and every refunded ticket will be charged by Huogongxing. This refund service fee is not charged by the organizer and cannot be waived by the organizer.

3. If you wish to refund your ticket(s), please issue the refund at least 24 hours before the event starts. Any refunds issued in less than 24 hours before the event starts will not be dealt with.

4. If you wish to refund your ticket(s) as the event is rescheduled or cancelled due to force majeure, no refund service fee will be charged. You can email us at summit@blockchainlabs.org to issue a refund.  We will deal with your applications when we receive the emails.

学生票免费申领要求

1.  学生免费入场。年满18周岁（含）及以上的全日制在校学生可在活动当天（10月17日）凭登有个人照片的有效学生证及本人身份证/护照，现场免费申领。限量100张，先到先得。

2.  请出示登有个人照片的有效学生证，人证一致方可申领学生票。一张学生证仅可申领一张学生票。

3.  请注意，学生票不允许代领及转让。入场时工作人员将再次查验学生证，核验通过后方可入场。

4.  如现场工作人员发现学生证信息与持票人不一致，有权禁止该用户入场。

About Student Pass

3. Please note that student tickets are not allowed to be purchased on behalf of others or transferred to others. And the staff will double check the student ID card when you enter the venue.

往届峰会

2015年10月15日，以“区块链新经济·蓝图”为主题的首届峰会，被行业公认为区块链在中国发展的标志性事件。本届峰会从理论出发探讨区块链的概念和技术，思考技术的安全性以及探讨“区块链能做什么”，从而设想区块链的宏伟蓝图。这也为后续的峰会奠定了基调，即“区块链新经济”全球峰会是以高质量内容为基础，专注于区块链技术探索以及落地应用的“技术型”会议。

2016年，万向区块链实验室在全球峰会的基础上，将活动扩展成为上海区块链国际周，为大家提供更丰富地了解全球区块链技术和应用进展的通道。本届国际周由以太坊第二届开发者大会与第二届区块链全球峰会共同组成，以“区块链新经济·地平线”为主题，号召行业全力出发，不断前行。

2017年，第三届区块链全球峰会，在行业徘徊之际，旨在用最坚定的态度和信念，携手推动“破晓”曙光的来临。

2018年，区块链行业获得了飞速发展，也遇到了泡沫与乱象，万向区块链实验室举办了上海区块链国际周，包括黑客马拉松、Demo Day和第四届区块链全球峰会，峰会将讨论重点放在了“技术探索”，回归底层，不忘初心。

2019年，是区块链行业新十年的起点，值此历史的关键节点，这次国际周以“新十年新起点”为主题，旨在汇聚全球力量，共启未来十年。为期6天的2019年上海区块链国际周吸引了全球近2000名与会者，非主办方发起的周边各类区块链活动超过三十场。

2020年，区块链行业重点正从技术研究转向应用落地，因而本届国际周以“融合创新”为主题，探索区块链技术与物联网、人工智能等新一代信息技术的融合创新，为不同的应用场景打造完整解决方案。

2021年，随着区块链、云计算、物联网、5G等技术日益融入经济社会发展的各领域全过程，数字经济也随之快速发展，并成为重组全球要素资源、重塑全球经济结构的关键力量。“数字化转型”是通往数字经济世界的必经过程，在这一过程中，区块链如何发挥自身价值，使“数据”真正成为驱动商业和经济发展的新动力，是本次峰会探讨的核心议题。

2022年，第八届区块链全球峰会聚焦区块链及相关行业热门议题，按照太阳系分布，设置开幕式+八大星球主题会场，邀请了行业大咖、技术领袖、专家学者分享、对话，共同探讨区块链未来的发展动向。
